What is Aquatic Physical Therapy?

Aquatic therapy is not just swimming laps. It is also not just doing the same exercises you do at the gym but in the water. Aquatic therapy utilizes the healing properties of water to effectively deliver evidenced-based treatments with the assistance of a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
